Switzer-Land Paco-Vicuñas

Estes Park, Colorado is home to Phil and Chris Switzer, and Switzer-Land Paco-Vicuñas. Estes Park is at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, sometimes-called "Little Switzerland." Since 1980 the Switzers have been breeding and raising fiber-producing animals. They were the first to own and breed Paco-Vicuñas in the USA and have the largest herd with 125 Paco-Vicuñas.

"We take pride in our well-trained and friendly Paco-Vicuñas. They come right up and eat out of your hand! Over the years, we have had our animals in many parades, fairs, schools, nursing homes, preschools, and at educational events," the Switzers say.
